We understand that families want clear and transparent information as they consider tuition and plan for the school year ahead. At Calvary, tuition reflects the value of a Christ-centered education that supports students in their educational journey.

2026-2027 Tuition & Fees

Half-Day Program

8:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Full-Day Program

8:15 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Enrollment Fee
  • $400 per student (non-refundable)
  • Tuition is based on a 10-month payment plan (August–May)

Elementary School (K-5): $10,640 annually

Annual Fees
  • Enrollment Fee: $600 per student
  • Technology Fee: $150 per student
  • Book Fee: $225 per student
Payment Information

Families may choose to pay tuition in full or through monthly payment plans using the FACTS Tuition Management System. Payment plans begin in June or July, depending on the selected option.

Middle School (6-8): $11,490 annually

Annual Fees
  • Enrollment Fee: $600 per student
  • Technology Fee: $150 per student
  • Book Fee: $225 per student

High School (9-12): $14,630 annually

  • Enrollment Fee: $600 per student

Other Fees

Additional fees may be applied throughout the year depending on your family’s selection of co-curricular opportunities and programs such as extended care, athletics, the arts, Honors coursework, clubs, and other activities. Pricing may vary by age and stage.

The annual Enrollment and Technology fees are charged per student and are non-refundable.

We know flexibility matters for busy families. Calvary offers extended care options to help support your family’s daily routine while ensuring your child remains in a safe, caring environment throughout the day. Extended care services are available for our youngest learners through middle school grades.

8:15 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Early Drop-Off

Students may be dropped off as early as 7:45 a.m. at no additional charge.

Extended Care Availability
  • 7:15-7:45 a.m.
  • 12:15-12:45 p.m. for Half-Day students in Preschool
  • 3:30-5:30 p.m. for Full-Day students (Preschool-Grade 8)
Extended Care Pricing
  • $8 per half hour
Late Pick-Up Fee
  • $25 per 15 minutes after 5:30 p.m.

Calvary Chapel Schools also offers opportunities for international students seeking a Christ-centered educational experience in Orange County. International student programs include separate tuition structures, admissions requirements, and enrollment policies.

Tuition Assistance

Investing in private Christian education is a significant decision for many families. Every family’s financial situation looks different, and at Calvary, we approach these conversations with a desire to support families as they pursue an excellent Christ-centered education for their children.

Financial Assistance Through FACTS for K-12 Families

  • Applications are processed through FACTS Financial Aid Management
  • Tuition assistance applications are reviewed independently from the admissions process
  • New K-12 students must first be accepted before financial aid can be awarded
  • Tuition assistance funds are limited and processed in the order applications are received
Priority Deadline

December 12 is the priority deadline for financial aid applications.

Families are encouraged to submit all required documentation early for the best opportunity to receive assistance while funding remains available.

Applying Through FACTS

To help ensure a fair and confidential process, Calvary Chapel Schools partners with FACTS Management Company to evaluate financial aid applications.

Application Requirements
  • Complete the FACTS Financial Aid Application
  • Submit all required supporting documents
  • Pay the $40 FACTS application fee
  • Ensure students are accepted or re-enrolled before applications are reviewed
  • Existing tuition and fee accounts must remain current before aid can be considered
Additional Important Information
  • Divorced or separated parents are each required to submit separate financial aid applications
  • Tuition assistance must be reapplied for annually
  • Students receiving financial aid are not eligible for additional tuition discounts
  • Financial aid is available for fully enrolled domestic kindergarten-12th grade students only
  • Certain specialized and international programs are not eligible for tuition assistance

Families must first complete the admissions process and have their student accepted or re-enrolled before financial aid applications can be reviewed.

Payment Plans

We understand that every family’s financial situation and budgeting needs are different. Calvary Chapel Schools offers flexible payment plan options through the FACTS Tuition Management System to help families manage tuition payments in a way that works best for them.

Payment Plan Information
  • Tuition is billed through the FACTS Tuition Management System
  • Families may choose to pay tuition in full or divide payments into monthly installments
  • Each family will create a FACTS account during the enrollment process
  • Payment plans begin in June or July depending on the selected payment option
  • Tuition is typically distributed across a 10-month payment schedule
FACTS Enrollment Fees

FACTS charges an annual platform fee for families using the tuition management system.

  • $25 annual fee for families enrolling in the FACTS payment system
  • $50 annual fee for families selecting a 10-month payment plan

Additional Grants & Discounts

Calvary Chapel Schools offers several additional grant and discount opportunities for qualifying families.

Preschool Families
  • Alumni Discount: $50 off
  • Pastors Discount: $100 off
  • Ministry Leaders Discount: $50 off
  • Referral Credit: $250 for referring a newly enrolled student
K-12 Families
  • Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa (CCCM) Membership Grant: Families who attend Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa as their home church may qualify for a $250 grant per child
  • Sibling Discount: $100 off for the second enrolled child and $50 off for each additional enrolled child
  • Pastor’s Discount: Eligible families may receive up to 25% off tuition, and is available by application only

Other Helpful Information

  • The Multiple Sibling Grant may be requested directly through the CCS Accounting Office and does not require a FACTS application
  • Families requesting the CCCM Membership Grant must submit the CCCM Discount Recommendation Form through their pastor
  • Tuition discounts apply to the first monthly payment only
  • Students receiving financial assistance are not eligible for additional tuition discounts
